Dr. Poll, 52, is a well respected minimally invasive surgeon and the Director of Robotic Surgery at Riverside Methodist Hospital, in Columbus, OH. He has formerly served at Riverside as the Chief of Urology, Chief of Surgery, and as its Chief of Staff. He has served on the OhioHealth Board and currently serves on the Board of The OhioHealth Foundation. He is also the Medical Director of Clinical Innovation.
Wayne has previously started and led several business ventures in the medical services sector, and has consulted and launched medical devices with a number of worldwide companies. He has travelled extensively domestically and internationally teaching and performing laparoscopic procedures. He has extensive experience with clinical research, having previously founded and operated a clinical research company, and also as Principal Investigator in a number of cancer vaccine trials.
In 2004 Wayne won the Columbus Dispatch award for Top Urologist in Columbus. He was the 2007 Business First Health Care Innovator of the Year, and then in 2007 won the “TopCAT” award for Inventor of the Year.
Wayne graduated from Duke University in 1977 with a BS in Chemistry. He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University in 1981 and completed his Urology residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was an instructor of surgery at The Harvard Medical School.

Gregory Drach is a medical products industry consultant focused on providing a range of specialized management and engineering services to early stage medical product companies. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University. Mr. Drach has 18 years of experience in the medical products industry, holding various leadership positions in engineering, operations, and business development. He has worked for Johnson & Johnson, Cabot Medical, Enable Medical, and AtriCure. He has spent 9 of the past 18 years in start-up and early stage medical product companies working to develop products for emerging medical markets. He has held senior management positions at Enable Medical and AtriCure. Mr. Drach has contributed to the commercialization of more than 25 medical devices in the US.
Tim Moran is a medical device entrepreneur who most recently founded and managed CSF Therapeutics (CTi), a firm that developed devices to improve cerebral perfusion for patients afflicted by trauma and neurodegenerative diseases. While at CTi, he raised a $4 million series A venture round, and lead the company from initial concept through product development. Tim also defined the initial business strategy and negotiated a $3 million series A investment for The Cleveland Clinic in Intelect Medical. Previous to his tenure in the medical device industry, he served as founder and CEO of a Latin American-based provider of IT services for US and European clients. Tim began his career in sales and product development at 3M, and received an MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg) and a BS in finance from Miami University. |
